I highly appreciate the time and business of all my clients. By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting all of my policies.
Card on File
&
Deposits
To book an appointment, we require a card file or a deposit. The amount will be applied to your appointment, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the service. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and no exceptions will be made.
Reschedules
& NO Show Appointments
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, a 48-hour notice is mandatory. If the 48 hour notice is not provided, the booking deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit be required to book an appointment. No exceptions be made.

NO SHOW & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS Appointments will be FULLY CHARGED for the service booked.
Arrive On Time
We highly recommend being punctual for your appointment. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, we will have to reschedule your visit and your deposit will not be refunded.
Right To Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service.
Period Policy
Dear ladies, you can still get waxed during your menstrual cycle. However, for bikini, Brazilian, or vajacial appointments, please wear a tampon or diva cup. If you prefer to keep your underwear on for a bikini line wax, you can wear a pad, tampon, or diva cup. Cancellations made less than 48 hours/same day cancels, you will be charged late cancel fee.

Clients with pacemakers, epilepsy, cancer, pregnancy, phlebitis, or thrombosis, or anyone currently under a doctor's care for a condition that may be contraindicated.
Waxing
Waxing Contraindications
These are the following contraindications for any waxing service. Contagious Diseases (including STDS), medical conditions, certain medications, acne medications, Accutane, topical peeling agents, recent tanning/ use of tanning beds, skin irritation , allergies to products & ingredients. Facials
Facial Contraindications:
These are the following facial contraindications that prohibit treatment due to a condition.
Contagious diseases (including STDs) HSV-1 & 2 (active outbreak), Shingles, impetigo, tinea (fungal infection), ringworm, warts, pinkeye.

Lashes
Lash Lift and Lash Extension Contraindications
​These are the following contraindications for lash services. Clients that have dry eyes, cataracts, blepharitis, recent blepharoplasty, glaucoma, skin lesions near the eye, eye infections, cancer/chemo patients, sensitive eyes.

DISCLAIMER
Allergic reactions to eyelash extensions, lash lift, or lash tinting products can happen, although rare. An allergy to lash extensions may be caused by an allergy to cyanoacrylate base (bonding agent) that is basically in every eyelash extension adhesive. If you develop an allergy to any of the adhesives you may experience swelling, itchy eyes, & or redness. If you have experienced allergic reactions in the past or have sensitive eyes - it is recommended NOT to proceed with a lash service.
